Founded in 1993, The Performance Group (PRG), brought effective and innovative ideas and processes to the sales development profession based on the fundamental principal of congruency between the buyer and the seller.

Through the synergy created by two and closely aligned disciplines, a sales training firm emerged.  Our expertise in behavioral change through the implementation of knowledge and the use of it in real-world situations allowed our cilents to generate visible, measurable revenue growth.

Over the years, the firm has evolved the selling processes and pioneered the Discovery Selling ® methodology.  Discovery selling represents training methodologies and principles that are practical, effective, repeatable and easily implementable.  Each principle is grounded in scientific human behavior that are proven to be universal.  The framework of the selling model has not only been fine-tuned by the original creators, but also, by those who use it in their daily lives.  As such, it is and will always be a work-in-progress.  As technology changes, and the pace of business escalates, even greater pressure is placed on the salespeople that are the face of a company.  Therefore, Sales Professionals must be prepared for the task at hand.  This preparation can only be achieved by investing in their skills, competencies and motivations.  The Performance Resource Group continues to enhance its training models to optimize the results you achieve from your sales force.
