Meet Me in the Ladies Room
(Oklahoma City, Okla.) -- The SpiritBank Business Resource Center will host a free and informational forum for women in business on Thursday, September 3rd.
The seminar, The Ladies Room: Women Working With Women, will be facilitated by Darcie Harris, founder and CEO of EWF International. Attendees will explore the stereotypes, beliefs and behaviors that cause women to be their own worst enemies as they work with and for other women.
“Darcie is an inspiration to many women executives who have the responsibility of providing their company with quality leadership,” said Ginny Evans, SpiritBank Vice President, Commercial Lending. “No matter what area of business women are engaged, they all face the same issues regarding employees, leadership, organization structures, financial accounting and company growth.”
Drawing on insights learned from eleven years of consulting exclusively with women business owners and executives, Darcie inspires women to avoid oversimplification and identify the real issues that get labeled as simply “too much estrogen.”
This interactive event is scheduled to begin at 3:00 p.m. at Boldt Construction, 101 West Hefner Road in Oklahoma City. RSVPs are encouraged as seating is limited. Contact Shauna George at sgeorge@spiritbank.com or 405-463-5011 to attend.
The SpiritBank Business Resource Center offers Business Solution Series and Small Business Forums with topics of interest to the business community, networking opportunities and social gatherings throughout the year.
