Network Technician II

Under limited supervision, provides technical support for computer hardware, software, peripherals, telephones and voice mail to enterprise-wide employees. Certifications preferred MCP, MCSE, and/or CCNA. Three yrs. current experience in a service related industry with working knowledge of personal computers, hardware, software packages, operating systems and networks. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, troubleshoot in a customer assistance manner.

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and current experience with systems and trends within the mortgage banking industry. Three years minimum supervisory experience.
