Deposit Operations Customer Support

Location: 1800 S. Baltimore Ave., Tulsa, OK

Inbound/ outbound calls on all types of account inquiries, research, internet/ mobile banking enrollment, debit card & troubleshooting. Daily review of Visa risk, inbox maint., scanning & other deposit operations duties. 1-2 yrs. prev. banking exp.

Teller (full-time)

Location: 601 N Main Bristow, OK 74010
Post Date: April 13, 2018

Receives checks and cash for deposit, verifies amount, and examines checks for endorsements. Cashes checks and pays out money after verification of signatures and customer balances. Enters customers’ transactions into computer to record transactions, and issues computer generated receipts. One-year previous banking experience preferred, 6 months cash handling experience required. Hours: M, T, TH & F - 8:45-6pm. Every Saturday 7:30- 12:00. (Off on Wednesdays and Sundays).

Helpdesk Support Technician

Location: 1800 S. Baltimore Ave. Tulsa, OK 74119

Responsible for the delivery of quality customer service to internal customers by providing a single point to report problems or to make inquiries. Manages day-to-day service delivery problems and works on special projects as assigned. Must be able to effectively, and consistently, prioritize and multi-task projects that rapidly change in level of importance. Minimum of 1-3 yrs experience in information technology. Associates degree or equivalent technical training and or experience preferred.

Cash Management Associate

Location: 1800 S. Baltimore Ave. Tulsa, OK 74119

Responsible for providing a variety of service & support functions for Cash Management products and customers via telephone and computer. Provides back up to Electronic Services, inbound calls and Commercial Client Services line. Will troubleshoot scanning issues, remote deposit servicing, daily lock box duties, payroll card set-up and customer account maintenance. Previous experience should include 1-2 years working experience in a retail banking institution (new accounts representative, electronic services, operations or ACH). Should be detailed oriented and be able to successfully multi-task
