Requires 1 year previous cash handling, 1-2 years previous teller experience & 1 year opening customer banking new accounts preferred. Reliable transportation. Must be customer service oriented, possess strong math skills, have a general knowledge of bank products and be a team player. Responsibilities include teller assistance, opening new accounts & assisting with customer needs.

Help Desk Support Technician

Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for the delivery of quality customer service while providing a single point to report problems or to make technical inquiries. Manages day-to-day service delivery problems and works on special projects as assigned. Should have 2 years industry working knowledge of personal computers, hardware, software packages, operating systems and networks. Familiarity with current Microsoft Office and desktop operating systems. (ie., Windows 7, 8.1 and 10) Previous banking platform and applications working knowledge helpful.

Front Desk Attendant

Location: 1800 S. Baltimore Ave.

Serves as primary point of contact for all building visitors with an attitude of cheerfulness and helpfulness. Keeps front desk in an orderly professional manner. Accepts deliveries and directs visitors to appropriate offices. Verifies some appointments/ service calls with tenants, as required. Directs Community Room event attendees and deliveries as needed. Will perform other clerical duties as needed. 1 year previous front desk receptionist experience desired. Hours: M-F 2-6:00pm
