Mortgage Banker

Should have recent 2+ year’s mortgage origination experience & an ability to communicate with a broad spectrum of real estate professionals. Conventional real estate lending, with FHA & VA a plus. Preferably with a Bank or Mortgage Banker. Requires strong math skills, proficiency in Word & Excel ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task. Should be familiar with current mortgage/ lending regulations.

Help Desk Support Technician

Location: 1800 S. Baltimore Ave., Tulsa, OK 74119

Under limited supervision, this position is responsible for the delivery of quality customer service for technical support for computer hardware, software, peripherals, telephones and voice mail to enterprise-wide employees. This position will provide Help Desk functions as well as desktop support functions and special projects as assigned. Zero to two years’ experience in a service-related industry with a professional working knowledge of computers, hardware, software packages. Some site travel may be required for various maintenance issues. Previous working experience in a banking institution helpful. Preferred certifications include A+.

Retail Services Associate

Location: All Locations

Receives checks and cash for deposit, verifies amount, and examines checks for endorsements. Cashes checks and pays out money after verification of signatures and customer balances. Enters customers’ transactions into computer to record transactions, and issues computer generated receipts. A combination of 1-2 years previous teller experience and 1 year new accounts experience preferred, 1 year cash handling experience required. Requires reliable transportation for various location travel.

Deposit Operations Customer Support

Location: 1800 S. Baltimore Ave. Tulsa, OK 74119

Duties include assisting customers via telephone with various banking transactions, loan payments, mobile banking enrollment, debit card assistance and troubleshooting, transferring calls and researching account inquiries. Daily review of Visa risk, inbox maintenance and other deposit operations duties.
1-2 years previous banking experience and customer service experience. Customer centered attitude, computer skills and ability to multi-task a must.

Credit Analyst

Location: 1800 S Baltimore Ave. Tulsa, OK 74119

Monitors performance of financial spreads, underwriting and analysis of large commercial loans. Will perform annual reviews of existing credits, monitors expiring lines of credit, credit investigations and “special projects” as needed. Professional Written and verbal communication skills is vital. BS/BA (preferably in accounting, business, or finance), well developed PC skills in MS Office/Word/Excel. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years commercial credit analysis experience.
