Responsibilities include teller assistance, opening new accounts & assisting with customer needs. Must be able to handle customer service duties as required by branch, be a self-starter and have strong math skills. Familiarity with offering various bank products to customers and making contact with potential customers. 2+ years new accounts experience for consumer and commercial accounts. Understanding of Treasury Management services- Cash Management, Lockbox and Remote Capture. Current banking regulatory knowledge. Spanish bilingual a plus!

Commercial Client Services Support Associate

Location: 1800 S. Baltimore Ave., Tulsa, OK 74119

The Commercial Support Associate plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive service functions within the Commercial Client Services Department. This role requires computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Acts as a crucial liaison between customers and all organizational levels of management, mostly through phone and computer interactions. Assists the department with client functions and various projects.
Should have 2 or more years previous banking experience in a retail bank. Cash management and Treasury experience a preferred.
